ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MISSOURI- St. Charles County Ambulance District paramedics along with Wentzville Fire Protection District fire / rescue personnel work to stabilize and immobilize two patients who were seriously injured when their motorcycle clipped a brick wall. Suffering numerous open and closed fractures, both patients were flown from the scene by Arch Air Medical Service and Air EVAC Lifeteam.
